GVK EMRI is seeking a motivated Fleet Executive to oversee all aspects of the company's transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, tracking fuel usage, managing driver assignments, and optimizing routes for efficiency. The Fleet Executive will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management and a solid understanding of transportation regulations.

Job Description

We are hiring for Fleet Executive and Fleet Coordinator

- Oversee the management of a fleet of vehicles for emergency response operations
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor fuel consumption and coordinate with vendors for timely refueling
- Implement safety protocols and training for drivers to promote safe driving practices
- Track vehicle utilization and optimize routes for efficient operations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely response to emergency calls
- Prepare and manage budgets for fleet operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with procurement team to purchase new vehicles and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Keep up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and performance metrics.
