Financial Analysis: - Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance. - Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted figures. Budgeting and Forecasting: - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. - Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Data Collection and Reporting: - Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and financial software. - Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for senior management. Process Adherence: - Ensure compliance with established financial policies, procedures, and controls. - Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Internal Controls: - Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal controls related to financial processes. - Identify and report discrepancies or deviations from established procedures.

Job Description

- Perform financial analysis and reporting for Touchmark's various departments and projects
- Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for the organization
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to management
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial goals are met
- Keep up-to-date on financial regulations and best practices in the industry
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
