Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to schedule meetings and visit publishing houses, book publishing houses, books publishing companies, and related stakeholders in Delhi.

The sales Executive will play a crucial role in converting clients and generating business for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identity and approach potential clients within the publishing industry in Delhi.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meeting with key decision-makers in publishing houses and book publishing companies.
  • Client presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products/ services and convince clients to their values.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship managements: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the publishing industry, will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Networking: Good networking skills to establish connections within the publishing industry.
  • Target Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Delhi for client meetings.
