Position: Field Sales Officer (Real Estate) Job Type: Commission-Based (Part-Time/Full-Time) Location: South Mumbai [Bandra to Colaba] Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: - Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively. 2. Market Analysis and Research: - Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. - Conduct thorough research on properties and neighborhoods to better serve clients. 3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase property features and benefits. - Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions. 4. Documentation and Closing Deals: - Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for property transactions. - Work closely with the legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth closing of deals. 5. Networking and Promotion: - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections. - Implement marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance the company's brand image. 6. Achieve Sales Targets: - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals. - Continuously assess and refine sales strategies to maximize results.
