Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Visit colleges and local coaching classes to promote our products/services and establish connections with faculties and students.
- Conduct career counseling sessions to guide potential customers towards the benefits of our products/services.
- Deliver engaging business presentations to showcase our offerings to the target audience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the B2B manager and team to ensure a consistent approach to business development.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships.
- Strong storytelling capabilities to engage and influence potential customers.
- Proven track record in keeping accurate records and following up on leads.
- Previous experience in a similar role with B2B marketing responsibilities is preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
