Job Description

- Conduct regular field visits to properties within designated areas
- Monitor and inspect properties to ensure compliance with company standards
- Address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff to resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure properties are presented in the best possible way
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions and recommendations for improvements
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maximize property occupancy
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with tenants and property owners
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed expectations in all interactions with stakeholders.
