- Prepare and organize meetings, take meeting minutes
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Conduct research and compile data for reports
- Assist with personal tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
