We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR executive to join our team. The HR executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in Human Resources or a related field and previous experience in HR management are required. Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits.
- Conduct performance management and improvement systems.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Experience: 2+ years experience in HR TA& ops 

Salary: 35k CTC

Kannada speaking added advantage
