Job Duties and Responsibilities: -
Team Development & Management
• Recruitment and developing the team
• Imparting product knowledge to the team
• Motivating the team to utilize maximum potential of individuals
• Recognizing team member’s basis their performance with awards and rewards.
• Minimizing/reducing the attrition rate
• Mentoring the team to achieve their career goals
Processes and Systems
• Adhering to companies’ policies
• Ensuring implementation of SOP and company guidelines
• Ensure timely claim submission and settlements
Submission of proposals:
• Analyzing consumer’s financial needs
• Assisting team/consumers to select the best plans as per their needs
• Handling customer’s queries (if any)
Ensuring timely login of proposals into the system with all the required documents.

Requirement: -
• Six days mandatory to understand the insurance sector and procure IRDA license
• People management skills
• Graduation degree
• Sales experience is a plus
Salary
- 3 Months will be the Probation Period.
- Post Probation Period Fix Salary: 30K, Incentive.
