As an Employment Specialist at Wipro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit, screen, and place candidates for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify qualified candidates, as well as conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings. Job Description

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and training opportunities
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
