Job Description

- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Develop strategies to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Create and segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing strategies
- Manage email marketing calendar and schedule campaigns accordingly
- Ensure email campaigns comply with legal requirements and best practices for data privacy and protection
- Continuously test and iterate on email content, design, and messaging to improve campaign performance
- Provide regular reports and insights on email marketing performance to key stakeholders.
