Key Responsibilities:
- Manage eCommerce accounts on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho.
- Handle product listing, cataloging, pricing, and stock management.
- Optimize product visibility through effective keyword usage and ad campaigns.
- Monitor account health metrics, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve account performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely product launches and updates.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing eCommerce accounts with an SPN.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Amazon, or Meesho platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing, campaign management, and marketplace policies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
