Grow Up Placement Services is seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, coordinating internal and external communications, and handling various administrative tasks. The EA will also assist with project management, preparing reports, and conducting research. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage the MD’s calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the MD
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with project management and coordination of company initiatives
- Manage office operations and ensure a smooth workflow for the MD
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
