Job Description
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
- Manage all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to create digital content and marketing campaigns
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers
- Work closely with IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and improve website performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
- Establish partnerships with third-party vendors and suppliers to expand product offerings
- Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes
- Track and report on sales performance and ROI to senior management
