- Manage online sales platforms and monitor daily e-commerce operations.
- Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize product listings and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions and new product launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions for business growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any online customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
