Job Describtion:
Technical Skills –
- Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution,
- Mandatory - .NET 7.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, React, State management framework such as Redux or MobX, ORMs (entity framework), Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks / Spark.
- Good to Have - Azure DevOps, Azure App services
Good to Have –
- Experience with healthcare data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.
- Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Production Support practices.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
Soft Skills –
- Strong communication skills - oral and verbal.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography.
- with the ability to build & sustain teams.
- Mentor people and create a high performing organization, fostering talent, resolving conflicts to build & sustain teams.
- Strong understanding of Object-oriented design, and multi-tier application architecture.
