Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and expertise to students enrolled in our digital marketing courses. You will help them understand and apply digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies to achieve their learning and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, offering advice and support tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
- Assist students in understanding digital marketing concepts and applying them to real-world scenarios.

Instruction and Training:
- Deliver online or in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various digital marketing topics such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Create and update training materials, resources, and curriculum to ensure they are current and relevant.

Student Support:
- Offer timely and constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly through email, chat, or video calls.

Career Development:
- Guide students in building their digital marketing portfolios and resumes.
- Provide career advice and assistance with job search strategies, interview preparation, and networking.

Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track student progress and performance.
- Identify areas where students may need additional support and provide targeted interventions.

Industry Insight:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Share industry insights and real-world examples to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
