Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Should Able to use ai tools for content creation.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to optimize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages for performance, user experience, and lead generation.
- Oversee social media channels and content calendars, including creating, curating, and publishing engaging content to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results and meet business objectives.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
