Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) aligned with client goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paid advertising and digital marketing.
- a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with various industries and brands is a plus.
