- Inputting customer and account data from source documents
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities
- Generating reports and responding to inquiries regarding data and information
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Updating and maintaining database systems with new information as needed
- Ensuring data integrity and security
- Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Performing other clerical duties as necessary to support the organization
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
