Naghavi Financial Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's systems and confidential information against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with all security policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring network activity, investigating security breaches, implementing security measures, and conducting regular security audits. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, experience with threat detection and mitigation, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or a related field and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred. Job Description

- Design, implement, and maintain cyber security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing
- Develop incident response plans and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity
- Investigate security breaches and incidents
- Install and maintain security software
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a secure infrastructure
- Train employees on cyber security best practices
- Keep detailed records of security incidents and resolutions.
