- Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and support resolution times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with challenging customer situations.
