The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Duties include answering incoming calls, providing product information, addressing concerns, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a variety of inquiries and issues
- Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors
- Follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
- Meet established customer service goals and metrics
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
