Vahlay Consulting is seeking a reliable and efficient Customer Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone, email, and live chat communication channels. Duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information and troubleshooting assistance. The Customer Support representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with training new team members on customer support procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes
- Meet established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times
- Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve overall service quality.
