Our growing technology company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team in NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat correspondence. Duties include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Support representative will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate product updates and changes to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer support metrics and goals.
