Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers
- Handle customer escalations and de-escalate tense situations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Meet daily performance metrics and goals set by management
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and resolution of issues.
