Job Description:
We are seeking freshers or experienced candidates to join our customer support team in Chennai! As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries and concerns
- Providing product or service information
- Resolving issues and escalating when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience in customer support
- Strong knowledge of Telugu or Hindi or Kannada language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer support software
