- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers on how to navigate our platform
- Assist with account management and billing inquiries
- Document and track customer interactions for future reference and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets and KPIs
- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant teams for continuous improvement
