As a Customer Support Executive at VU Job Solution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support procedures
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
