VIBGYOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
