Job Description

- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with technical issues and inquiries regarding our products and services
- Troubleshoot problems and find quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with challenging situations
- Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and communication
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the management team for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels to management.
