Job Description
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with navigating the platform and provide guidance on using our products and services
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer support metrics and goals
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
