We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Dr Nishita Cosmetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and feedback. As a Customer Support Executive, you will work closely with our team of doctors and staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry, is highly desirable. If you are passionate about helping others and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and in person
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and answering queries about cosmetic treatments
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the database with relevant information
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Educate patients about the clinic's services and help them make informed decisions
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments to provide accurate information to patients
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for patients.
