Pro Consultancy is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The role includes providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer support skills.

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

Required Documents: Must Have document: Adhar card, Pan card, Marksheet 10th 12th,Passbook, resume

Salary: 7500 + 2000 attendance bonus+ Upto 4k incentives

Shift: Rotation shift
