- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement improvements
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required
