Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards every customer interaction
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals
- Stay current with product knowledge and company updates
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.
Shift: US/ UK / Australia shifts
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational off
- Transportation available
- Excellent English communication
Salary: Max 20 to 51k inhand (Salary will be depdn on communication and experience and last drawn)
Shift: 24/7 shifts any 9 hrs working
