Grace Staffing Services seeks a skilled French Language Interpreter for our voice process in the travel sector. This position is based in our Thane, Mumbai office and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate interpretation in French and English for travel-related inquiries.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and service level agreements.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency:

French: C1 - C2 level
English: C3 - C2 level

Qualifications:

Minimum HSC with 6 months of relevant experience OR fresh graduates with strong French and English skills.

Experience:

Prior interpretation experience preferred but not mandatory.
