HIRD Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with other departments to resolve customer concerns, and updating customer records in our database. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred. Job Description

- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Processing customer orders and conducting follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Handling customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
- Proactively seeking feedback from customers to improve services
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards customers at all times
