The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with other departments to resolve customer concerns, and updating customer records in our database. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred. Job Description

- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Processing customer orders and conducting follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Handling customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
- Proactively seeking feedback from customers to improve services
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards customers at all times
