- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and support
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay current on company policies, promotions, and service offerings
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
