As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication skills. You will assist customers with their inquiries, offer recommendations, and process transactions accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and meeting sales targets. Job Description

- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Stay informed about new products and promotions
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

Exp Required - 0-3 Years

Criteria - 12th or Graduation pass with Good Communication skills.

Location - NIBM, Pune

Shift - UK Shift

UK shift Timings - 1:45 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary : 15-20k
