- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage client accounts and keep detailed records of all interactions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better serve clients
- Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance customer relationship management skills
- Use CRM software to effectively manage client information and track progress
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
