- Provide personalized financial advice and assistance to customers
- Promote SBI products and services to meet customer needs

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvements
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to better serve customers
