- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits of customer service processes and procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences.
- Drive initiatives to improve overall customer experience and increase retention.
