The Customer Experience Manager will also be responsible for implementing and managing customer service policies and procedures, developing training programs for staff, and continuously seeking ways to improve the overall customer experience. Job Description

- Lead and manage all aspects of customer experience at the Mahindra authorized dealership.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement best practices to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver excellence in customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits of customer service processes and procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences.
- Drive initiatives to improve overall customer experience and increase retention.
