Pro Consultancy is seeking a Customer Care representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and conducting follow-up calls to guarantee customer needs are met. This individual must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be organized, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Process orders and handle returns or exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on product updates and promotions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Education: 12th Pass Required

Weekly Working Days: 6

Salary : Upto 15K to 20kCTC
