As a Customer Care representative at Jimmy luxury, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer care service to all clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers in the English language

- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers
