Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with company products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist in training new customer care representatives on company procedures and best practices
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions with clients.
