Job Description

- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions with patience and empathy
- Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
