Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and assist customers
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex problems
- Utilize customer relationship management software to track customer interactions and monitor performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company
