Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • To provide accurate and timely support, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, processes, and systems.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to established service standards, response times, and quality metrics to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
  • Good multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
